1. Shipping Options
1.1 Dispatch Times
- Orders received before 2:00 p.m. (Melbourne Time) on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.2 Delivery Methods
- Australia Post eParcel
- Express Service (additional fee): For orders placed before 1:30 p.m. (Melbourne Time).
- Generally delivered the next business day to select metropolitan areas.
- Weight limit: 3 kg (orders exceeding this will be contacted for alternate arrangements).
1.3 Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is booked for shipment. Allow up to 3–4 hours for the tracking information to become active.
2. General Shipping Conditions
2.1 Signature vs. Authority to Leave
- By default, a signature is required upon delivery.
- During checkout, you may opt for Authority to Leave. If selected, ZenithScent is not responsible for the parcel once delivered.
2.2 Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to sign (and Authority to Leave wasn’t granted), your parcel will be redirected to your local Australia Post branch or re-delivery instructions will be provided.
- Consider using a work address for delivery if you’re not home during the day.
2.3 Order Cancellations
- Before dispatch: No cancellation fee.
- After dispatch: Refunds are issued minus any shipping fees incurred.
2.4 Delayed or Lost Parcels
- We cannot refund delayed orders until they are officially deemed lost or returned to sender by the carrier.
2.5 Incorrect Address / Multiple Delivery Attempts
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees will apply.
- Ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
2.6 PO Boxes
- We can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post, except for services that require a street address.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders: $12 (incl. GST) for standard shipping.
- Express Shipping: $13.50 (incl. GST) regardless of order value.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following locations due to air transport regulations:
- 6798 (Christmas Island)
- 6799 (Cocos Island)
- 2899 (Norfolk Island)
- 7151 (Antarctica)

Note: Delivery times may extend during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day).
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Change of Mind
- Unopened, resalable items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The return must arrive within 14 days.
- Items must be in original packaging and undamaged. Damaged returns may not be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6.2 Damaged or Faulty Products
- Report damages within 7 days by emailing [ZenithScent Support] with a description and photo evidence.
- If a return is required, it must be received within 14 days.
- Returned items must not have been used beyond 1 cm from the bottle’s shoulder.
- Upon confirmation, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
6.3 Incorrect Products
- Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item. Do not open or use it.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send the correct product.
- Opened items (even if incorrect) are not eligible for return.
